Hello,
when I turn on my laptop a scream comes up saying:

windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be the cause.

if windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, startup repair can diagnose and fix the problem. if power was interrupted during startup, choose start windows normally
(use the arrow keys to highlight your chice)

launch startup repair (recommended)
start windows normally

but when i click start windows normally the laptop restarts and goes back to the page again
if i click the launch startup repair
the tech guys page comes up

with these opintions:

1.start microsoft windows repair environment
automattically repair the windows vista startup problems.

2.reinstall windows
this opinion provides several way to fix/reinstall windows vista.

3.advanced opintions
launch diagnostic utilities.

4.exit and restart computer
no changes will be made to your system.

the first one doesn't work and the last one make the laptop go back to the beginning page

need help from anyone that knows how to fix this problem

hi there,

if recently you added any hardware remove it and start you pc

like printer scanner etc..

start by eliminating newly added things
