Please can you advice me. I cant transfer music from pc to phone since i was last transferring my phone run out of battery. have to get my phone fixed because it freeze.

Please take the mobile phone to a repair shop to get it fixed,

Remember to fully charge your mobile phone before connecting it to a computer
