Question

Hello,

is there any device , phone patch or any adapter that can connect skype direct to the landline ? 
(not a dual phone )

but just to get the landline dial tone to skype and than use it in another skype connection ?

hi
BT land line is connected to local exchange and poewred from there for voice/dialtone/ring tone. it does not have the facility to draw power form it to provide service to others.

regarding dial tone on Skype, you can change this in Skype configuration.
if you are thinking of using skype as a dial out line to a modem you can disable detect dial tone then use Skype dial-pad to dial the number either manually or automaticall (if you add the number to your contact list)
