but i can help you on the issue

well too change Hotmail from Arabic to English

use these steps:

Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live Hotmail account.

In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options.

Under Customize your mail, click Select Language.

Select a language, and then click Save.
