Hello, every body.

Plase help me. i want ipod utilities. when i buy this device, it is not catained cd or any media. now my device is not working, not playing music. So i want some utilities software to repair my ipod.

hi friend just download itunes through google then install in your system

connect the ipod then copy the songs it will work :)
