Hello,

previously i did not needed to download itunes. As soon as i attached my ipod first time all happend it self. since my pc broke and i format it, if i attach my ipod nothing comes up. Do i need to download itunes separately now?

yes you need to install i tunes so as the computer

knows the devices attached to it
