Hello,

when i was playing the sims 3 i did get a blue screen, and then nothing happend. So i had to turn off the computer. Then when i turned it on agen my sceen was black but evry thing was working i think it could be something with the grafic card i have geforce 9800, 32 bit 4gb ram and are not old windows vista.

Check your graphic card and your processor temperature, the problem could be in these 2 components.
