Hye Sir,

You will have to contact your network provider customer care to get your GPRS settings,

They will directly send it to your handset

i called to customer care of aircel but they are saying that they dont provide gprs servises to chinese phones.............nw what should i do?

Hi dear,
You have to set the configuration by by manually, take the settings from customer care manually and then set it to your phone, switch off the phone for one minute and then try it, it will works.
