Poblems with mozilla firefox

Hello,
i have mozilla firefox and when i try to open the internet it does not do anything. it doesnt even show an error message or nothing. i cant, get on the internet unless i use internet explorer. any advise?....

hi there,

go to tools and click on clear private data


press ctrl+shift+del

Thanks. but i tried doing that and it didnt work, i dnt now what to do now. When i click start, and click internet mozzilla firefox it doesnt do nothing. it doesnt open the window or nothing.... :(
