go to command and type the following i m asure u will get speed connection.....gpedit.msc.then go to administrative there network then go to Qos pocket sheduler then there limit reserve bndwidth u have to set enabled with band width limit set as 0 ///sorry for the english friends just trying 2 help my friends:)
