Installation Problem

Hello,
When I try to install dreamweaver cs4 i get "Set-up error - Set-up has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe Customer Support for assistance." with a button that say "Quit" this come up during checking system profiles. I was on the phone to adobe support for more than 30 minutes and got direct to 2 atrticles, one did not help and the other I followed the instrictions but did not solve problem. Any ideas?
