Greetings...(and salutations) ha,
So I have iTunes but i don't have any good songs on there so i want to download them off of windows meadia player but it won't let me when I go to press sync my ipod shuffle is "not connected" but it is i could download songs onto it off of iTunes but not windows? HELP! I am kinda tech. impared ha as you migh've been able to tell lol but ya i don't know how to use it.

windows media player and ipod not compatable. you need to buy a third party software for your ipod to be recognised in media player
