download a file called belarc advisor from here
https://downloads.belarc.com/advisor/advisorinstaller.exe
install and run.
it will take a snapshot of all your hardware/software.
it will list make and manufacture of hardware, then you can get the correct drivers for your laptop.

As per your instruction,
In the result page, I show the "SigmaTel High Difinition Audio Codec" under the Multimedia.
I hope, I installed the same drivers....but still no sound...

in the belarc report what does it report for your chipset and motherboard?
