My cell phone charger

Hello,
In order for me to charge my hone i had to put something on it or wingle it around.But now my phone it not eve charging.i dont knoe if its the phone or the charger plzzz someone give me a solution.

as you mentioned you need to put something on it before

charging, take t to a mobile phone technician and repair it
