Network disconnect and low speed

Hello,
i am using aircel pocket internet for 10 days
from the beginning when i connect the aircelpocket internet to my pc it will disconnect several times....
not after a specific time.... it is random.......please helpme
and the speed is too slow.... i use internet download manager...but it does not work.......
helpme please....

This depends on your network provider,

You just have to contact your network provider customer service
