Hello,
my name is b2 and from Nepal. I forgot my hotmail password and I couldnot relly remeber my secret answer. i couldnot create anither e-mail coz i have important mails there. so please if you could help me for this. I would be very grateful to you.

hi there,

you are out of luck.

Your password cannot be recovered,

and you cannot access the contents of your Hotmail account

all you need is to create a new email address and password
