Hello,
my hp laptop nc 6220 key board not work completely, only some keys functions but all others including function keys, numeric keys, enter key does not work.
i've also restore system but not solved problem.

hi there,

go to start up using msconfig program

START ->> RUN

type msconfig

ENTER

go to fold STARTUP / AUTORUN

uncheck hkcmd

APPLY, CLOSE

Restart.
