what it looks like is that there has been a program at one time on your pc that used that program, but altho it has been uninstalled it has left remnants in the registry pointing to it. as it isn't there any more it complains.
go here

download a program called crapcleaner and install it.
do a scan of your system registry and let crapcleaner clean it.
Then you need to run a reputable antivirus/malwareprogram sweeper on your system.
