I want to tell you how to find a police helicopter.in vice city PC game= go to the police station go inside and climb stairs you climb the first stair line then go in second stair line when you reach in the top go left and you will see a police helicopter oorr when you were busted you get in climb stairs and go left you will see a helicopter
