download flash player problem Closed

Hello,
problem is 
when i try to download flash player .on the top it says that An add-on for this website failed to run. check the security settings in internet options for potential conflicts.
what should i do man 
tellll me as sooon as possible

Then install flash player here:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

This is the best browser
