Hello,
myy name is tra i was wondering why wont the light on my ipod come on it was working fine the day before then the next morning the light didnt come one it has happened before i just plugged it into the laptop and it sratred working again do you have any idea what is wrong with it.

hi there,

it may be that the battery is low

and need a long recharge

plug it in your usb drive for some hours then see the results

Hello, My account is stuck on "We’re reviewing your info' from last week. I cant login to my account and can not appeal for my decision cos it asks to verify your account from Instagram which I can not login. Can somebody help with that?

i have a facebook page that i use only for my local handyman service page. i do not have any friends on the page and i lost my old phone that had all the login info on it. i would access the page solely from phone and after a long period of time i completely forgot ALL the login info. i am not sure if i used a phone number or email address to create the account and i cannot remember the password as well. i thought there was a way that facebook could establish my identity from use of a id or photo. i really need to gain access to this page i get alot of work using it and it took a long time to get all the likes and people see that i am established with the dated on the timeline. if anyone wou...

How do I fix "Confirm your info on the app" message?

Hello,
I've started to get a lock screen with the message "Confirm your info on the app" when I click on IG links in other web pages. This is in Chrome on my Windows 10 PC.
The app works OK on my Android phone, but there isn't any way to do the verification that I can see.
Has anyone found a fix for this?
