I lost my password

I put a new password and i confirmed this and after i closed the computer and put off the power.
The next day I try to check my inbox, but it was not accepted as incorrect.
I tried the old one it was not accepted also.
Now I have a problem because, I follow all the instructions but because i dont remember the anniversery you ask me for in purpose to procede i cant go to my inbox.
