it is possible that the system is corrupted :(

try to repair the windows using the installation cd it may work, but installing a fresh copy would be best but you would not recover you data

Hi all,
Here is your solution to OS password issues either XP/VISTA/2003 Server e.t.c.

1.Go to http://www.hirensbootcd.net,
2.You need a friends system with winrar/winzip and also NERO or any other CD/DVD burner installed
3.download from above site;image is in compressed format.
4.extract the file named keyboard.patch to your desktop, also copy the ISO image to your desktop
5.Now, Follow the instructions inside the Readme notepad and follow Option 2.
6.Now insert cd burned in step 5 into your system, ensure that your system bios is set to allow First boot Device as CD
7.*** boot from cd - choose second option - choose next - select password & registry tools - select Active Password Changer - now choose the SAM database - choose the Operating System you want to recover the password from assuming more than one OS is in your system - Now select the required user account - select "clear user password" - press y - press "esc" - then ctrl +alt +del to reboot
8. Now enjoy your system, cos no password exist on that user account, you can also set a new password again.
Cheers all
