MY Songs Are getting shorter

Hello, I have after many hours I have finally found out how to put songs onto my nintendo DSi but my songs are shorter for example I have an 11 minute song but it is shortened to 7 minutes.

The Format is .mp4 it is a 4 GB SDHC card and there are 20 songs each about 4-5 MB
