Unfortunately, there isn't a way to save more than 10 songs on Instagram music for a single story.
Instagram only allows you to save the last 10 songs you've used in the Music sticker, and they will be available in the "Saved" section when creating a new story.
If you want to use a different song, you can either remove one of the saved songs or choose a new one from the available options in the Music sticker.
