Hello,
disk totally emty after loading songs ,then  vedio songs.After that again i started loading songs, a pop-up opens indicating show specific path for storage. Iam afraid any soft ware is been distrubted. afterthat i went inside properties distrubed unknowmn settings

transfer all your data to it

also make a scan of the drive
