Dear Sir,
All you will have to do,
Is to uninstall Windows Live Messenger.. and then Re-install your Webcam driver.
Then Re-install your webcam driver again
This should fix the problem

There is some kind of bug occurring when you launch your web cam, re-install the driver of your web cam.
