Computer wont work

Hello,
i need help i have this computer and it wont work i need to restart it or something it goes to the dell screen then it loads and then it says press f1 to try reboot and f2 to go to setup can u help me

First of all you have try to repair your windows using the cd, you can start here to solve this problem.
