Excel mapping or macro help

Hello,
I am new to macros and mapping so any help would really be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Here is my issue:
I receive a large order that has columns such as line number,quantity, price, item description, item id, discount %
I need to import it into a new excel spreadsheet in a different order: line number, item id, item description, quantity, price etc. This will then be imported into a proprietary order system.
The length of the columns will be different each time and new orders will come in consistently but the column order sent will not change and the column order required in the end will not change.

Is there any way to accomplish this? Please help and thanks again.
