Not able to install Nero8

Hello,

Earlier Nero7 was installed in my pc, but I uninstalled it as it was not allowing me write mpeg4 file. Later I tried to install Nero8 but I was getting the error message as installation was not complete. I tried to open "regedit" through run option but the "regedit" folder was not opening. Kindly provide me with concrete solution, so that I can install Nero8 in my pc without formatting my p.c. Waiting for your response.

hi there,

first be sure you have completely remove

the old version

or use an uninstaller to do that

then install the new version

and what is the error that you are having?
