Password or passphrase key help!

Hello,
I am trying to find my Password or passphrase key for Linksys so i can then get onto the wireless from my laptop. my laptop is making me enter in my linksys passpharse key. i already went onto my linksys page and typed in that number in my tool bar and when i go in security tab there is nothing there but the words disabled. i am still having trouble finding this password that i need. any help?? thanks
