i'd like to restore my pc to original state Closed

Hello,
i have a old pc (compaq presario) i do not know the exact model but it does have the number 5340 at the top. i was hoping you could tell me how to reboot my pc to its original state.

If there is a restore point, you can do so but you have to reformat the pc to get it back in it's original state.
