No icons on desktop, no taskbar

Hello,
i m using hcl leaptop. which is now not displasying any icon on desktop except wallpaper. even not displaying taskbar also. only mouse pointer is displaying.

Start your taskmanager using the shortcut Alt+Ctrl+delete, then stop explorer process and click on run and write explorer and type enter.
