You will have to contact your network operator customer service to get your own GPRS settings,
To connect your phone to your pc you will need NOKIA PC SUITE,
Download it here:
https://www.nokia.com/phones/fr_fr/support/
Install it on your computer and then plug in your phone!
Select the Connect to the Internet Option to get connected by GPRS
