Firefox needs refreshing all the time why????

Hello,

Help. Everytime I go onto facebook from firefox it needs refreshing everytime i want to up load and data. So frustrating. Have I done something wrong. I has been fine for a year now but i have taken firefox off and put it back on again but still does the same. Can you help please
