Hello,
I dont know how to build powerpoint website like who want to be a millionaire, can someone put me through and probably i will be an expert in it...I seriously need this teaching..Can someone teach me how to build this kind of website?? I will appreciate it.. I dont know how possible i can be taught and be perfect because i am located in Nigeria...Is it possible for me to know it like i have teacher beside me???

Yeah, it's good, But backlinks are more important to get search engine ranking, It needs your hard work, much time consuming also, anyway you must do it, If your time is more precious(valuable) checkout some sites like http://famedesk.com , it's much cheaper also, and good services....
