Unwanted text coming up in background

Hello,
I had a browser hijack take over my computer. I was able to get rid of it but it left a message on my background saying that my computer is infected. I can't get rid of this text. Where would I look ?? I tried cleaning the registry with no luck.

Maybe it's a trojan, just download spyware doctor and clean your pc.
