Why wont it let me register

Hello,
When i tried to use Majic Jack it wanted me to register, but when i click register it wont let me do what i need to do.

"You are not logged in. please register or login"
Can you be logged in on instagram on two devices - Instagram Forum
Skype register - Guide
Orkut login - Guide
Soundcloud register - Guide
