Un able to store data in phone

Hello,
sir,
i bought a new phone,i connected it to my pc.my pc recognises both phones's internal mem and memory card's memory.but i am not able to store any thng in both the mem coz it shaows zero space available.plz tell me a solution.

Hello Sir,

This means that your phone memory and memory card is full!!!

You will have to delete some data to copy more files in it
