Virus corrupt the non having system drive....

Hello,
there is virus in my pc.my os is in drive d.it is working properly.the problem is for c and e drive. if i am going to open drive E ,it opened a message..THE disk in drive E is not formatted.do u want to format it now? Y/N. if i click on yes...the message ...can't format and for no it is closed and back to the my computer....now for the drive C... it can be opened but all the folder inside it are empty.they can't be deleted.and drive can't be formated by cmd prompt. in drive C also.. some folders are made and can't be deleted.....plz give me direction!!!!!!!

If you really want to format these 2 partitions, you should do it via bios, using your windows cd to be able to format it as if you are formatting your pc !
