hello sir,
   some folders r not deleting ,in my computer some folders r automatically creating when i am trying to delete them this r not deleting and occurring some error message is displaying why this happening in my pc there is anti virus when i am scanning its show's no virus found if in my pc no virus why folders are creating automatically pls try 2 solve my problem

This is because your system is highly infected, 

I will advise you to use another antivirus and scan your computer completely!!

Please use AVG or AVAST
