1. I am unable to charge my phone.When I connected the USB CABLE TO MY LAP TOP & I PHONE, THE MESSAGE IS THAT THE USB IS NOT RECOGNISABLE. ON GOING TO TROUBLE SHOOT I FIND THIS IS MENTIONED AS UNKNOWN USB & FURTHER IT ALSO SAYS THAT THE DRIVER IS NOT INSTALLED. THE DRIVER VERSION IS 5.1.2600.0 & THE DEVICE INSTANCE id IS USB\VID_0000 & PID_0000\5 & 294B78D5 & 0 & 1.
Please let me know how I should proceed. Also I have been having this phone for more than a month & I did not have any issue till today on charging.
