Sd memory card not working

Hello,
my sd card is not reading in my phone.
it was working just find before.
i put it in my computer and it stopped reading and i put it in my phone and it said memory card not inserted.
please help me

its already corrupted

you need to purchase a new

one it cannot be repaired
