Inspiron 1520 wont turn on sometimes

Hello DJ ,

I have a 2 year old Inspiron 1520 Dell laptop. For the past few weeks, I have been having problems turning on my laptop. Somedays it turns on others it doesnt whether it is on battery, power, or both. I dont know what the problem might be. I have sent it to two repair shops here but no one seems to know the answer. The last one I took it too just wanted to replace the motherboard to make 300 USD. My computer is up to date and runs on Vista home addition. I have 320 G of Hard drive and 2 Mb of Ram. Can you please help wtih this, I greatly appreciate it.
