Full hard drive

Hello,
I had SmartDefender Pro spyware on my computer and was able to remove it using Avira AntiVir. After the removal my hard drive is showing that if is full. How can I remove what these additional files?

Dear Sir,

To solve this problem, just try System Restore

Click on Windows Logo > Type System Restore in Start Search bar

Press Enter

Choose a previous restore point to roll back changes

Press Next

Then let the restore process to complete and restart your machine

I tried this and the hard drive "C" is still showing 99G of 100G being used in disk manager. Any other suggestions?
