i bought a fake 3g apple i phone from china...why cant i use the wireless network,msn,ucweb and the java?do i need to install the software 1st?where can i find the software from?

hi there,
to my knowledge i think if they are making copies of
a product they don't have the right to make it exactly like the original
as the branded one is registered and they may sue the copy manufacturing company
