Hi,

If you can't receive incoming calls, can you check if you can make outgoing calls? If you can, make sure call forwarding isn't enabled and that you aren't blocking calls. You can also try restarting your phone, or if the option is available, resetting your network settings to see if that helps.

In case you can't make outgoing calls either, check your coverage and your mobile balance. Try removing and reinserting your SIM card to ensure it is properly detected by your phone. Otherwise, contact your mobile service provider.
