Hi,
You didn't type your hardware, so we can't tell you.
Microsoft has made this in order to help people know if Vista could work or not. I've never tested it myself, and I don't know if the program can be trusted.
You should have 1go RAM (the least is 512 but...), and a video card that accepts directX 9.0. You can have some more information about your hardware by installing Everest.
Anyway it's just an operating system, not a video game... It should be fine.
