Problem in microsoft xp installation

Hello,


I have a I-ball pc of 512 ram . my pc was working well and very first.but some days ago i want to format my pc and reinstall the mocrosoft xp but after the pop up menu and i just select the drive it just comes a sentence the software is inspacting your hardware configuration...... . but after that a BLACK SCREEN come stop there.
the xp cd is original.I have already formated this and working also good but what is the problem now.
In the opening of direct window all working well cd player,harddrives.but i can't format.
please help me.

deer friend when you are formatting your Pc first confirm that Bias settings are properly configured
firstly open your bias setup menu and check for hard disk configuration and turn off advanced protection then install XP
