How to retrive a deleted picture from NOKIAEX

Hello,
Please help.I had a car accident yesterday.Took a picture of a car which drove to my back.The insurance company can not locate the owner of this car.By pure stupidity I deleted the picture from my NOKIA XPRESSMUSIC .How can I retrive the information?

Dear Karina,

If the concerned pictures have actually been deleted from the memory card,

You can make use of a recovery utility to get back the deleted pictures.

It will be unable to get it back if it has been deleted from the phone memory.

Hi,
I pressed "delete the picture ?" "yes" so i dont know if I deleted it from a memory card or not .I also now checked my pictures on the phone connecting myself to my laptop and could find that picture.What can I do now~?
